As the CEO of Manulife Financial Advisers Pte Ltd (MFA), Hong Tau oversees all aspects of the firm’s operations and charts its strategic course for the future.
Equipped with 15 years of industry experience, Hong Tau is an inspiring leader who has led his organisation to strong growth and achieved outstanding results. His stellar track record is built upon the vast experience he has gained from progressive roles he undertook in the past.
His most recent appointment was Head of Transformation in Manulife Singapore, helming the organisation’s transformation strategy and execution. Prior to that, he was Head of Recruitment and under his directional leadership, the company saw strong growth in manpower and recruitment numbers.
His areas of expertise include Actuarial, Finance, Distribution Partnership, Distribution Management, Distribution Recruitment & Training, and Digital Transformation.
Hong Tau is a graduate of the University College London, UK.
