With over 15 years of experience in Financial Planning and Agency Management, Andy possesses a wealth of knowledge which spans Investment, Property Advisory, Estate Planning, Retirement, Education Funding and Risk Management. He also runs a team of driven and passionate consultants and managers who, under his leadership, have achieved MDRTs, COTs, TOTs and conventions qualifiers.

Since day one, Andy inspires to be a leader who can transform an average consultant into a professional financial doctor. Within his first year, Andy achieved Top 3 position and also bagged the Top Rookie award. At the age of 27, he became one of the youngest Directors of the company.

Being a strong believer in continuous learning, he constantly refines his techniques to ensure that he remains at the forefront of financial planning innovation, enabling him to deliver the best results for his clients and advisers. He has built online training systems, CRM programmes and call centres to fast track the career path for new advisers joining the industry.

Andy places high emphasis on professionalism, responsibility, integrity and putting people’s interest ahead of oneself. His vision is to help as many clients and advisors achieve their desired goals and be financially free as soon as possible.
